Return & Refund Policy

    At Amour by Diksha, every product is handcrafted with immense love and care. Because our crochet bouquets and soy wax candles are handmade-to-order, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the highest quality for every customer.

    1. Order Cancellations

    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before our artisans begin the hand-pouring or hand-crocheting process. Once crafting or dispatch has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. In case of eligible cancellation, a 100% full refund is issued immediately.

    2. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

    We securely pack every creation with bubble cushioning and rigid boxes. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery.

    Replacement & Return Process:

    • Share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damage via WhatsApp (+91 8534857500) or Email (amourbydiksha@gmail.com).
    • We will immediately verify and dispatch a brand new replacement free of charge, or initiate a full refund.
    • Customer Return Cost: ₹0 (Free return / Amour by Diksha covers all reverse pickup or replacement shipping costs).
    • Restocking Fee: ₹0 (We never charge any restocking fees).

    3. Custom Orders & Final Sale

    Bespoke orders (including customized floral arrangements, personalized candle gift hampers, and bulk bridal favors) are made exclusively to your specifications. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, though transit damage is always fully covered by our free replacement guarantee.

    4. Refund Method & Timelines

    When a refund is approved (due to eligible cancellation or transit damage where replacement is unavailable), the full amount is credited directly to the customer’s original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Debit/Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
