At Amour by Diksha, every product is handcrafted with immense love and care. Because our crochet bouquets and soy wax candles are handmade-to-order, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the highest quality for every customer.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and crafted. Each piece is made specifically for you.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
We securely pack every creation with bubble cushioning and eco-friendly outer boxes. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
To process a replacement:Please share an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage with us via WhatsApp or Email. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
3. Custom Orders
All custom orders (including custom colors, bulk orders, and bridal hampers) are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure it perfectly matches your vision before crafting begins.
